How to: Install or replace a Dvorak keyboard.
Solution:
Open the 'Keyboard' icon in 'Control Panel'. Click the 'Language' tab and select 'United States - Dvorak'.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)
3) Double-click the 'Keyboard' icon. (The 'Keyboard Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Language' tab and click 'Properties'. (The 'Language Properties' dialog box appears.)
5) Select 'United States-Dvorak' from the 'Keyboard layout' drop-down list box.

6) Click 'OK' to save the change and close the 'Language Properties' dialog box.
7) Click 'OK' to close the 'Keyboard Properties' dialog box.
